Bikram has close to 30 years of experience delivering Business Solutions in handling various disparate corporate responsibilities with deep expertise in handling big teams and establishing, deploying and institutionalizing business aligned people processes. His experience in mainstream IT business spans around twenty three years with substantial exposure in general management, client relationship management, network center management, project management, software development and network consulting. After leading the global Human resources development for Infosys, currently Bikram helps organizations in creating business aligned people practices and developing a healthy and robust leadership pipeline.
He also works as an Executive Coach to several business leaders in mid size to large organizations in South Asia belonging to different industries like apparel manufacturing, engineering as well as IT services.
Bikram did BSc (Hons) in Physics from Presidency College Kolkata and graduation in Electrical Engineering from University College of Technology Kolkata. He has successfully participated in various executive programs in prestigious management schools like XLRI, IIMA and Michigan Business School.

R Srinivasan is Associate Professor of Corporate Strategy and Policy at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. His current research focuses on characterizing rapid growth firms; and strategic decision making in top management teams.
Srinivasan received his doctoral degree (fellow programme in management) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 1998. He worked for about 8 years at IIM Lucknow before joining IIMB in 2006. His areas of research and teaching at the postgraduate and doctoral levels have been corporate strategy, family business management, mergers & acquisitions, and knowledge management.
Srinivasan has coauthored a textbook on strategic management and a research-based book on knowledge management in the Indian context. He has published papers and cases in several international journals. He has authored a number of cases on Indian organizations on growth, strategic management, innovation, and knowledge management. He has presented his research in a number of international academic conferences.
He engages with the industry in several ways – through executive education (strategy and leadership development for senior managers); entrepreneurial education (design and delivery of management programs for entrepreneurs); consulting assignments (consulting on strategizing and growth); and research (including case writing highlighting best practices).
His recent consulting work with rapid growth firms has been centered around helping rapid growth firms scale up and sustain their growth trajectories.
